i n ■ LANGHOLM TENNIS CLUB. A largely attended meeting of re-ideate and section holders of Langholm, Titirangi, was held on Wednesday, to form a teonla club in the district. Owing to tbe effort* of Miss Payne a eplcndld level site has been presented to tbe club, and working bees arc to be Immediately Instituted to prepare the ground for early play. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. Chas. Hardier; vice-presidents, Measrs. A. C. Fawcett, C. V. Clare, J. Williamson, S. Hardley, W. H. Glllbery, Geo. Howard, H. M. Warner, .T. C. McKenzie, M. Lang: secretary, Mr. A. R. Boyes; treaanrer, Mr. E. D. Boardman; committee. Misses E. Boy*s, G Bevin, M. B. Yate». MessTS. W. A. Woodger, W. B. Freeman, G. Bartlett, and >.". Boyes.
