The best shampoo for the hair is an egg shampoo. To make this beat up an egg with a tablcspoonful of hot water, a teaspoonful of flncly-shreddcd white Castilo soap, and a tablespoonful of bay rum. Shampoo this into the roots, wasl. off, and' rinse the hair in two waters, adding a little camomile lotion to the second rinsing. This keeps the hair fair. To make the camomile lotion place half an ounce of camomile flowers in a jug and pour over them a pint of boiling water. Allow to stand for twenty minutes then strain off and add to the rinsing water.
