A NURSE'S FEES.

Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., had to deal with a case at the Magistrate's Court to-day in which the claim was for a nurse's fees. The plaintiff, Charlotte Ballard, claimed from Edward and Muriel Sayes the sum of £21 for alleged breach of contract. Plaintiff was engaged for a maternity case, but the child was born three weeks before the date stated. As plaintiff had been engaged elsewhere for two out of the five weeks specified, Mr. Hunt gave judgment for plaintiff for •12gns with costs.
