ALLENBY'S DEPARTURE.
VALEDICTORY BANQUET. CAIRO, May 31. The Prime Minister, Ziwar Pasha, gave a magnificent banquet to Viscount Allenby. the retiring High Commissioner of Egypt, prior to his departure. Lord Allenby said he should never forget his old friends for new ones. Sir George Lloyd succeeds to the Higi Commissionership.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
