EXCURSION STEAMERS.
RIVER LIMITS AMENDED. TO MEET AUCKLAND BEQUEST. (By Teleg-raph.—Special xo "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Marine has gazetted a slight amendment of the definition of "full river limits" and "restricted river limits" iv respect to Auckland, which will enable the larger class of excursion steamers to run to Home Bay, Waiheke and Maitatia Bay. It will be within the discretion of the surveyor of ships to decide which vessels are authorised to operate in full river limits.
