EX-POLITICIANS INDICTED. ■CHARGES OF CONSPIRACY. WASHINGTON, May 28. Albert Fall, Edward Dobeny, and ' Harry Sinclair have been again indicted .by the Federal grand juTy, which haa j been taking new evidence in the oil lease cases. This action is a sequel to the dismissal of the former indictments. Special counsel for the Government obtained a new grand jury on May 11, and submitted fresh evidence. Two indictments have been returned. The firet charges Fall and Sinclair with conspiracy to lease the Teapot Dome Naval Oil Reserve without competitive bidding. The second indictment charges and Doheny with the same offence I regarding a California oil reserve. j The Government has apparently ■ dropped the charge of alleged bribery , agninst Fall and Doheny.
