SWORN IN THIS AFTERNOON. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) ■WELLINGTON, this day. Sir Francis Bell tendered his resignation of the Premiership to the GovernorGeneral this morning. His Excellency sent for the Hon. J. G. Coates and asked him to form a Ministry. Mr. Coatee is now consulting his colleagues, and is expected to be sworn in as Prime Minister this afternoon. Meanwhile all the Ministers are carrying on.
