A LEAGUE INVESTIGATION. (received 2 p.ra.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Federal Cabinet decided to accept the invitation of the League of Nations to send two officers of the Comonwealth Health Department—one to Europe and the other to Asia—to take part in the official tour of investigation of public health conditions and progress abroad. — (A. and N.Z.
