UNDEFENDED PETITION. A petition for a decree nisi was heard by Mr. Justice Alpers at the Supreme Court to-day, when ileclley Mines (Mr. Terry), sought a dissolution of his marriage with E. J. Mines (Mr. Alaii Moody). Petitioner stated in evidence that he resided at Te Kopuru. In May, 1020, lie married respondent, who was then married woman divorced from her former 1 usband. There were no children. On November :)0, 1020. respondent deserted petitioner, and had not since co-habited with him. Mr. Moody said oil question of alimony had boon satisfactorily settled between the parties. A decree nisi to lip made absolute after three months, was granted.
