FIRE IN WAIHI.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, Tuesday. A four-roomed house in Russell Street. owned and occupied by Mr. James Pollard, was completely destroyed by fire this morning. The fire brigade arrived promptly, hut found the building enveloped in flames, practically nothing being saved. The insurances on the building were £100 in the South British, furniture and effects £150 in the Home Office.
