The pairs competition of the Cambridge Bowling Club's Easter tournament has now reached the concluding stage. Second Round. —James 15, v. Douald 11 ; ! Coombes 10, v. S. James 7 ; Anderson, a bye. The semi-finals were commenced, but are 1 unfinished. Edgar James secured tho bye. i The finish of the semi-final between 1 Anderson and Coombes will be played at Cambridge on Saturday afternoon, after which the winners will meet Boulton and l Edgar James in the final. DARGAVILLE CHAMPIONSHIP. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, this day. At the bowlin_ creen yesterday afternoon the final for the championship singles was played between Dan Williams and Dan I Cooper. After a good game the former won. This is the third year in succession .that Williams has won the championship.
