Theodore (formerly Premier), speaking at Townsville. said: "There can be. nothing wrong in Italians coming to this country. Queensland is soretv in need of population, particularly immigrants for the land where Italians were willing to go. The trouble was they had congregated in one or two districts, thus flooding the local market. The remedy lay in spreading them over a larger area." , The Premier (Mr. W. N.
