A BUST YEAR. ■ • According to the annual report of the Auckland Acclimatisation Society the year ended on March 31 was a particularly busy one. No less tluiu 000,000 trout fry was distributed. A good number of convictions for poaching and breaches of the regulations had been obtained, and the society paid out £S0 in rewards.
