By the Main Trunk express ■tomorrow evening Mr. E. l'helan. the sitting delegate for the Auckland Rugby League on the 2\e\v Zealand Council, and Mr. W. Hammill, the direct delegate for the Auckland Rugby League and a>o chairman of that body, will leave for Wellington to attend the annual conference of the Xcw Zealand Rugby League. In returning the visit of. the Marist Old Boys' team from Christehureh 10 Auckland last year the local Marist Old Boys' senior team will leave Auckland, next week for Christehureh. The team is being sent South by the Auckland Rugby League, and will open the season at the Cathedral City by playing the Christehureh M.0.8. thirteen on the League's new ground, Monica Park, on April 18. Mr. W. J. Hammill, chairman of the Auckland Rugby League, will accompany the team.
