Tate, S.M., the parties . being Mark Junakovich (Mr. Briggs) 5 and Toni Matvitinovich (Mr. T. H. Steadman). Mr. Briggs stated that the 2 parties had agreed that Mr. Thos. Col--3 thart should go over the ground at - Euakaka and that they should accept f his recommendation in regard to drainr age.
