j i (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) 1 WHANG AREI, Monday. •■' A complaint under the Land Drainage , Act, 1008, was set. down for hearing = at Whangarei Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., the parties . being Mark Junakovich (Mr. Briggs) 5 and Toni Matvitinovich (Mr. T. H. Steadman). Mr. Briggs stated that the 2 parties had agreed that Mr. Thos. Col--3 thart should go over the ground at - Euakaka and that they should accept f his recommendation in regard to drainr age. Consequently his Worship ad--3 journed the hearing until April 21. l| = .
