W.C.T.U. CONVENTION.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The chief business of the W.C.T.U. Convention this morning was consideration of the report of the "White Ribbon," the official organ. It was stated that the paper had been enlarged, and its financial position and circulation had improved. Mrs. Peryman was reappointed editor and business manager, and Mrs- Jutlson associate editor. It was decided to recommend to Parliament the advisability of establishing public boards of management in connection with mental hospitals.
