It is reliably stated that some of those arrested iii connection with tr.e murder of the Sirdar confessed to participation in previous crimes, including the murders of Abdel Pasha, Razek and Ismail Bey and Zuhdi, outside the offices of the newspaner "Al Siassa" in November. 1922. They are reported tohave furnished the names of their accomplices. It is also stated that documents were found proving participation of Dr. Chafik Mansour H the murder of the ex-Premier Boutros Pasha at GUali in 1010. Mansour is at present in prison in connection with , the murder of the Sirdar. He is said to be showing , signs of madness, but the police are of opinion he is only shamming.— (A. and X.Z.)
