The King this morning held a Privy Council for the appointment of a commission to exercise if necessary certain functions of the Crown during His Majesty's absence from England.— (Reuter.) HEALTH RECRUITING CRUISE. LOXDOX, March IT. It is officially announced that King George and Queen Mary will journey to Genoa on Thursday.
