EARL READING SUMMONED. CONSULTATION IN LONDON. SIGNIFICANT ACTION. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 3. Earl Reading, Viceroy and Com-mander-in-(.hief of India, has been summoned to London to consult with the Ministry as to the condition of affairs in India so that, if possible, via media, may be found for the solution of the many pressing problems presented.— (A. and N.Z.
