GENEVA PROTOCOL.
CONSULTING DOMINIONS. LONDON, February 11. The "Daily Telegraph" states that the Government's proposal relating to the peace protocol are still nut ready for submission to the Dominions, after which there will he an exchange of views which will occupy an uncertain period. Therefore, it is regarded as inevitable that the discussion cannot he resumed at Geneva in March.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
