THRONE OF PERSIA.
SHAH A NONENTITY. THREAT OF A SOLDIER. SABDAR SEPAH'S CLAIM. (By Cable— E'rcss Association. — Copyright.) <necelved 10 a.m.) LONDON, February 11. Tlie Teheran correspondent of The "Times" says the Persian throne again seems in danger. Sarilar N>jinh, the leading nobleman outside the Koyal family, after pointedly refusing to attend a Court held by the Crown I'rinco, delivered an ultima I urn to Parliament wherein he comanrts that they choose before Thursday between himself and the present Shah. In the former case he demands they agree to all he proposes, although the Shah hjis had no say whatever in the country's affairs during the past two years. Parliament nevertheless is greatly periurbed. It anticipates they will plead that they have no authority to decide such a momentous question involving the fundamental laws of the constitution. Sardar Sepah has just returned from a victorious campaign against the rebels in southern districts. — ("Times.")
