i_ir .lame.- Allen (High Commissioner lor Xew Zealand i is negotiating on behalf of the High Commissioners with the Board of the Empire Exhibition to allow the Dominions the right tv trade and sell single bottles of liquor and to conduct their own restaurants. The scheme is likely to be adopted. A monetary grant is to be made by each Dominion.— (A. and N.Z. table.)
