HOLIDAY SEASON AT ROTORUA.
« TOWN FILLING UP. (By Telegraph.—Own Corpcspnndcnt.) ROTO RITA, Wednesday. The town is rapidly filling by train and motor-car. Many fishing parties are in camp. There were 3.">0 passengers in last night's express. The hotels and boardinghouses are fully booked. There are over 400 entries for the tennis tournament, including 42 in the championship singles. A large number of howlers and golfers are in the town. The links and greens were never in better condition. A party of students from Wellington University is coming for the holidays, .baching in the V.M.C.A. rooms on Pukeroa Hill, now part of the high school, permission being given by the Education Department.
