The Mexican Senate unanimously rati'.inl a treaty between Mexico and .lapiin, under w'.iirh each Government, agrees not to hold the other responsible fur damage, suffered owing to revolutions. The part speeiiics that immigration may be limited according to the laws and interests of the respective countries.
