SEQUEL TO SUPREME CODET '■ .ACTION-. i The sequel to an action heard in the Supreme Court recently, when damages to the extent of £2000 were awarded against Dr. Henry Dundas MacKenzie in connection with the "Abrams treat' ment," was heard to-day, a petition for an order for adjudication being brought before Mr. Justice Stringer by Marjory Mary Anne Lawrence, who wag the successful plaintiff in the claim for damages. The petitioning creditor, who was represented by Mr. Finlay, stated in evidence that she had recovered i ua V. ment against Dr. MacKenzie some months ago. Nothing had been obtained on account of tlie judgment. Mr. i'inlay stated that debtor had been served with a notice. There was apparently no objection, since counsel had not received any notice. His Honor remarked that everything appeared to be in order. An order for adjudication in bankruptcy would accordingly be made.
