MARRIED IN FEBRUARY.
AND PARTED IN AUGUST. An application for an order for restitution of conjugal rights was granted to Joseph William Hassan (Mr. J. F. W. Dickson) against Margaret Melba Hudson Hasson. Petitioner said that he was married on Fehruury J. 3of this year, since when he and his wife had lived in Auckland- On August 23 they separated, and she had refused to return and live with him. There were no children. His Honor made the decree, to be complied *-ith within fourteen days.
