In the Supreme Court to-day Frederick Charles Moody, found guilty of an indecent action towards a girl, was sentenced to one. year's imprisonment. Tho judge said this case had been one of grave trouble to him, and he could not possibly grant probation in face of what was happening in Xew Zealand at the present time, although accused's case presented exceptional characteristics.
