FATHER'S TRUST FUND. TO CHEOKMATE MURDERERS.

Jacob Franks, whose son was killed by Leopold and Loeb, has established a trust fund so that when he dies there will be available for lawyers money with which to frustrate any attempt by the murderers to secure a rehearing of "their case wtih a view to obtaining release.— (A. and N.Z."
