CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. DEOTPTWT FAVOTTt.S DEFENDANT. Tliore w,u a general denial of the allegations by both parties in an action before Mr. J. W. Poynton, when Dr. John F. Drown (Mr. Fotheringham) claimed from E. Tomlinson (Mr. T.itxford), motor bus proprietor, .£2B 13/ for damage sustained to his car through a collision with a car driven by defendant. On tbe other hand Tomlinson alleged neiiVirenee against Dγ, Brown, and claimed JCIOI 3/ Tho collision oecured in Grafton Road on the evening of August 5, and a number of witnesses were called by the parties. In judgement Wβ Worship said the iveight of evidence was in Tomlinson's favour, and therefore ontered judgment in l«'s favour on die claim, and awarded him £49 S/ damnccs on the counter-claim with US \lf costs.
