LONDON FLAT TRAGEDY.
SOLICITOR FOUND HEAD. HEAD IN A GAS OVEN. "■ LOXDOX, September 21. A solicitor named Walter Mourilyan, who was in business at Richmond. Surrey, was found dead in his flat at Putney, with his head inside the oven of a gas stove. A clerk arrived at the flat building and told the attendant tha"t t Mourilyan had not appeared at the r office, nor replied to the telephone. The attendant climbed out on to the balcony of the lawyer's flat, broke _ a window and entered. He discovered the dead man as stated. Mrs. Mourilyan was absent at the time visiting friends. She has made a statement to the police. It under- >. stood that her marriage was of recent date. Mourilyan was about 50 years old. He had figured in the Divorce Court three times. The last occasion was in n 1922. when his second wife's suit was '"(successful. His cross-petition, alleging i the misconduct of his wife with the tyoun- Egyptian Prince, Saidfazil, was j "dismissed.—(A and X.Z. Cable.)
