Roberts gave a wonderfully F fine display, his best effort, 13C, comt prising a great variety of strokes. Sanders, in eomplimenta ing ffie-olarers on the fine billiards shown, i. presented E. V. Roberts with ■ gold medal and bar attached, which was given this player for his success in the 1922-23 t championships by the British Association i- and Control Council, London.
