A SUBSTANTIAL CHEQUE.
(By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") . . DUNEDIN, this day. The first of the Government's contributions to the International Exhibition came to hand this morning in the form of a cheque for £12,500, this being half of the sum that Mr. Massey promised.
