The King Country team to tour the Southern "districts has been selected as follows:—Parrant (Ruapehu), Nlkora .Manlapoto), Carlson (Taumarunui), Bremnilll (Ruapehu), Conrad (Taumarunui), King (Ruapehu), Kahu (Manlapoto), L. Harty (Manlapoto), R. Harty (Manlapoto), Reel (Taumarunui), Symond3 (Manlapoto), Morpeth. (Manlapoto), Priestley (Manlapoto), Lee j (Manlapoto). Rhodes (Manlapoto). The itinerary of the tour is:—Sept. 13, v. Wairarapa, at Carterton; Sept. 17, v. Bush Districts, at Pahiatua; Sept. 20. v. Wellington, at Wellington; Sept. 21, v. Horowlienua. at Otaki. | Otorohanga has challenged Plopio for the I Pnkuweka Shield, and tbe-match will be iflaycd at Plopio to-morrow, (Saturday).
