A SOOTHING REMEDY FOR CHILBLAINS. Jlany folks make the mistake of neglectIng to treat chilblains until after they nave broken. There are to-day hundreds and hundreds of rolks absolutely free from chilblains who before using Witch's Oil, suffered from them every winter.
