DISEASE IN FLOOD AREA. HEAHTEENBING REPORTS. MEASURES OF SUCCOUR. (By Cable.—Press Association. (Received 12.30 p.m.) DELHI, July 29. Cholera has broken out in the vast flooded areas in Southern India. The waters are still rising. Heartrending reports are filtering in from isolated districts. The floods have cut off Bangalore's light supply. Officials in Mysore State and British India are taking active measures to succour many thousands of homeless who are on the brink of starvation.—■ "(Sun. -, )
