Of strong pictorial interest is this week's issue of the "S.Y.. .Sporting and Dramatic Review,"' prominence being given to football, which lias been the subject of lively interest in all circles during the last few days owing to the arrival and departure of notable teams. Two full pages are devoted to the AH Blacks v. Auckland Rugby match at Eden Park, giving photographs of the teams and officials, and snaps of an exciting game. The final match in Xow Zealand (played at Palmerslon North) is also represented. Special interest will bo taken in the English League v. Auckland match at Carlaw Park, depicting the game at, critical points and demonstrating the brilliance of the players in a remarkably fine exposition Racing is covered in snapshots of u,("jisbornc Racing dub , * Steeplechase Meeting. The Wild West at Wembley, showing the opening of the Great Rodeo, should attract particular attention, and other pictures of Wembley are also of striking interest. The centre pages are featured with topical happenings and outdoor recreation in England and America. Hockey is not forgotten in this issue and enthusiasts will b<? interested in the various groups of players. •Miscellaneous piotures include the American tennis team, stud sheep fair in Sydney, football in Australia, first Test "match England v.
