WIRELESS LANGUAGE.
ENGLISH THE BEST." "Wireless may make TTnglish. the language of the world." This is the opinion of Major-General Jami« Harbord, president of the Radio Corporation of America. He bases his opinion upon the fact that English is the language of business in the leading countries of the world, and also because the control and development of wireless apparatus is largely in English-speaking hands. "Business necessity," says General Harbord, "will urge natives of other countries to learn to speak English. The great business centres of the world are the two English-speaking cities of New York and London, and the business man who understands English can get the commercial news he wants from the air faster and more completely than he can by newspapers."
