TWO VESSELS COLLIDE.
ONE STEAMER SUNK. TOKYO, July 17. A message from Kobe reports that the steamer Havremaru collided in the harbour with the cargo steamer Hallgrim, causing the latter to sink. There were no casualties. The Havremaru was seriously damaged.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
