SAMOAN ESTATES.
A BOARD APPOINTED. (By Telegraph.—Presa Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Government has act up a board to adminster the Crown estates at Western Samoa, which have hitherto been administered by the general manager. The board is to consist of the Administrator and two members to be chosen by him and approved by the Minister. The board has power to sell, lease, manage, or dispose of, for the production of revenue, all Crown estates
