- THE USUAL RESULT.' (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Address-in-Reply debate, which lost its vitality several days ago, having lasted since July 3, came to a quiet and not unexpected end to - night, when Mr. T. M. Wilford's amendment was rejected by 37 votes to 33. The usual Government majority over the Liberal and Labour parties is three, but on this occasion Mr. J. C. Thomson (Wallace) was absent, thus lessening the Opposition vote. There was nothing unusual about the division list. a
