Opinions about the Xew Zealand court at the Empire Exhibition differ. An Auckland business man who has seen it writes in praise:—"The ~S.Z. court,'' he says, "is comparatively small, but it displays New Zealand in all its beauty and richness to the careful observer; it is quiet, but good and complete. In respect of the suit Denning v. Millcncr, heard yesterday in the Magistrate's Court, Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Denning wish to state that both of their characters were publicly cleared in Court.
