' The Keri Keri Troop is still going strong, and I understand that most of the J members will have- qualified for the second class badge in a few weeks' time. Regular indoor parades are being held on Wcduesday eevnings, and outdoor parades on alternate Saturdays. Last Saturday week was spent in the bush, where the boys built a very substantial hut. using only natural materials. The first troop church "parade is to be held in a few weeks' time. Scoutmaster Sam Marks is to be congratulated r on the excellent progress made. > The Heme Bay Troop met as nsnal on Friday evening last with practlcallv a full 1 muster. The greater part of the "evening , was devoted to Semaphore signalling as required for the first-class examination. 1 The hoys are showing excellent progress in this branch of work.
