(By Cable.—Press Association.—CoprrfghtJ (Received 2 p.m.) MOSCOW, July 4 It is understood Trotsky has issued a declaration ridiculing the recent stat*. ment in the House of Commons by Mir. C. M. Attlee (Labour), Under-Secretary of War, that the strength of the Bed Army was 1,300,000. He says the strength of the Bed Army is now under 600,000, and the Soviet will attempt a further reduction. If Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald and M. Herriot take the initiative in the reduction of armaments in Europe the Soviet will give them their entire support. —(A. and N.Z. Cable.) L '
