-— ....» — HAMILTON COURT ORDERS. {By TelesrraDb.—rross Association.), i HAMILTON, this day. ] That bis wife left home one night whilst he was at work, deserting her two children and himself, and that she was at present living near Taihape with George Watson, was the reason given by Arthur Bygrave. of Park Road, Te Awamutu, when he asked for a divorce from Ruby Winifred Bygrave in the Supreme Court. Proof of adultery was furnished. A decree nisi was granted. Decrees nisi were also granted in the cases of Ivy Graham M. Hammond v. Bertie Lawrence Hammond, Alfred Joseph Rastrich v. Mary Ethel Rastrich, Clifford Cooper v. Lillah A. G. Cooper. An order for the restitution of conjugal rights was made in favour of Eric Gordon Carter against Dorothy Grace Carter.
