OVER £400 FROM CIGARETTES. Mr. Clutha Mackenzie reports that the total revenue received to date for the benefit of the blind from the royalties on New Zealand sales of St. Dunstan's cigarettes amounts to £419 12/11. This has been distributed according to the contract with the manufacturers and merchants as follows:—£6B 10/ to the New Zealand Commercial Travellers' Blinded Soldiers' Fund' £68 10/ to St Dunstan's Hostel for blinded soldiers and sailors, London, and £282 12/11 to the Sir Arthur Pearson Memorial Fund for the benefit of the civilian blind of the Dominion.
