The "Daily Chronicle" says a new and mysterious figure has been introduced into the Eastbourne murder case, and there is a possibility of a second arrest shortly. The police are searching for still another missing girl.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.) Detectives overhauled the parish rubbish tip at Eastbourne and recovered the charred bones of a woman's skull, fragments of a jaw, and a blackened gold tooth plate similar to that worn by Miss Keye.—("Argus.")
