ALLEGED MURDER.
BARNES REMANDED, j (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Joseph Barnes, charged with the murder of Walter John Whall. who I died as the result of injuries sustained ■ in a street fight, was again before the Court to-day, and, on the application of the police, was again remanded to May 14. Counsel for accused said if a further remand was then asked for he would oppose it.
