SEVERE EARTHQUAKE.
ON PHILIPPINE GROUP. MANY HOUSES DEMOLISHED. (Received 2 p.m.) SINGAPORE, April 20. A severe earthquake occurred at Davao on Tuesday. Many houses were demolished and numerous fissures opened in the earth. Two persons were injured, but so far as is known there was no loss of life.— (Reuter.) v
