PENNANT WINNERS. ROCKY NOOK'S VICTORY. EPSOM DEFEATED BY 35 POINTS. Rocky Nook Club proved to be the winners in the final conte-t for the Interclub Pennant Championship, which took place on Saturday on the greens of the finalists. Epsom and Rocky Xook. The victors won with a comfortabb margin of 35 points, mainly owing- to the success of their five teams playing en the Rocky Nook rinks. None of the Epsom teams managed to defeat the Rocky Nook trundlers at Rocky Nook, hut at Epsom the runners-up had much better fortune, for they won four out of the five games, and had a surplus of 18 points to the good. The Rocky Nook team which had a win at Epsom was skipped by Clarke, who made a great recovery after being far behind in the scoring. The scores were as follows:— At Epsom.—Richmond (Epsom) 21, v. Jenkins (Rocky Nook) 17; Clark (Rocky Nook) 20, v. De Launy (Epsom) 18; Jones (Epsom) 17, v. Gladding (Rocky Nook) 8; Crabtree (Epsom) 24, v. Jenkin (Rocky Nook) IS; Smith (Epsom) 17, v. Finch (Rocky Nook) 16. At Rocky Xook.—Roylance (Rocky Nook) 25. v. Grattan (Epsom) 13; Pearce (Rocky Nook) 22, v. Tanner (Epsom) 18; Keatley (Rocky Xook) 21, v. Inglis (Epsom) 11; Bouskill (Rocky Nook)°l7, v. Foubister (Epsom) 14; Eagleton (Rocky Nook) 33, v. Morrison (Epsom) Totals: At Epsom—Epsom teams 97, Rocky Nook 79.
