SENSATIONAL CHARGES.
XEW YORK, March 14. !Mr. Pomerene and Mr. Roberts appeared in the Court of Wyoming and presented a. petition bristling with sensational charges that Mr. A. 0. Fall (former Secretary of the Interior) conspired with oil .magnates to defraud toe Government, and Eskjng for cancellation of the louses. The petition cites instances of alleged fraud and bribery in such detail as to foreshadow criminal actions. It is understood that an arrangement ■will be reached whereby the extraction of oil from the so-called Teapot area will lie continued under the present management, but the proceeds will be impounded ■until the Court renders a decision. A similar suit to revoke the Xavy Department's oil leases in California will be filed in Los Angeles this week. The Wyoming Court granted a temporary injunction restraining the Oil 1 Company from operating under the Teapot Dome lease, and appointed receivers pending the termination of litifjation. Tt gave the company 30 days in which to file a response. — (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
